Price your screen printing in seconds

Pick your shirt, quantity, and colors for a ballpark price — then send it over and we’ll confirm your exact quote.

The classic for a reason

Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh screen, one color at a time, and cures it right into the fabric. That’s what gives a screen-printed shirt its punchy, opaque color and the durability to survive years of wash days — and once you’re ordering in quantity, it’s the most affordable way to print.

We’ve been running presses in Anderson since 1989. Every order gets a free proof before we print a single shirt, an honest quote up front, and a real person who’ll help you pick the right garment and keep the color count — and the price — where you want it.

Great for bigger runs

What we screen print

Team & League Shirts

Spirit shirts, practice tees, and fan gear for local baseball, softball, soccer, and school teams — bold colors that survive the season.

School & Club Runs

Class shirts, spirit wear, and fundraiser tees by the dozens or the hundreds — the more you order, the less each one costs.

Business & Work Shirts

Branded staff tees, uniforms, and crew shirts printed sharp and consistent, order after order.

Events & Fundraisers

Reunions, tournaments, and benefit shirts where you need a lot of clean prints on a deadline.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts

Screen printing isn’t just for tees — the same bold ink looks great on fleece, long sleeves, and tanks.

Tote Bags & More

Bags, aprons, and other flat, printable goods. If it fits the press, chances are we can print it.

Why screen printing

When screen printing is the right call

It’s the go-to for a reason — but not for every job. Here’s where it shines, and where we’ll happily point you somewhere better.

Best Value at Volume

Once the screens are made, printing is fast — so the more shirts you order, the less each one costs. For runs of a couple dozen and up, nothing beats it on price.

Built to Last

The ink is cured into the fabric, not sitting on top of it. That’s bold, opaque color that holds up wash after wash — ideal for shirts people actually wear hard.

Small Order? Ask About DTF

Screen printing needs a minimum of 24. Just need a handful, or a design with lots of colors? DTF transfers start at 4 with no per-color setup — we’ll steer you there.

What affects your price

A few things move the number

Custom shirts don’t have one flat price — it depends on your order. The good news: the more you order, the less each shirt costs. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll give you an honest quote, usually the same day.

Quantity
The biggest factor. Setup is spread across the whole run, so per-shirt cost drops fast as you add pieces.
Number of colors
Each ink color in a screen print is another screen and another pass. Fewer colors keep it lean.
Print locations
Front only is cheapest; add a back or sleeve and it grows.
The shirt you choose
A basic tee, a soft ringspun, or a premium blend — the blank matters.
Turnaround
About two weeks from your approved proof. Need it in one week? Rush is about $2 more per shirt.
The blanks we carry

Quality shirts for any budget

We stock the brands people ask for most — Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Port & Company, Champion, and more — from soft ringspun tees to heavyweight cotton. Not sure what you want? We’ll help you pick the right shirt for how it’ll be worn and what you want to spend.

Common questions

Screen printing FAQs

What’s the minimum order for screen printing?
The minimum for screen printing is 24 pieces — or 36 if your design has 4 or more colors, since each color takes its own screen. Need fewer? DTF transfers start at just 4, so we can almost always find a way to do smaller runs.
How many ink colors can you screen print?
We can print detailed, multi-color designs. Each ink color is its own screen and its own pass, so fewer colors keep the price down — but if your design needs several, we’ve got you. On dark shirts we lay down a white base layer first so your colors stay bright, and that base counts as a print pass too.
How long does screen printing take?
Most orders are ready about two weeks after you approve your proof. In a hurry? We offer a one-week rush for about $2 more per shirt.
How durable are screen-printed shirts?
Very. Screen printing bonds the ink into the fabric and cures it with heat, so a well-printed shirt holds up wash after wash without cracking or fading. It’s why screen printing is still the go-to for shirts people actually wear hard — teams, work crews, and events.
Screen printing or DTF — which should I choose?
Screen printing is the best value once you’re into larger runs with a handful of colors — the more you order, the cheaper each shirt gets. DTF (direct-to-film) transfers are better for small orders or designs with lots of colors and fine detail, since there’s no per-color setup. Tell us your design and quantity and we’ll recommend the right one.
What can you screen print on?
T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, long sleeves, tank tops, tote bags, and more. If it’s a flat, printable surface and it fits our press, chances are we can screen print it. Light or dark garments both work.
